Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Because FORGD Collective sources from a few different places — some items ship directly from our fulfillment partners, while apparel like tees and hats is packed and shipped by us — an order with multiple item types may arrive in more than one package, each with its own tracking number.

Delivery Time

Once an order ships, most domestic (US) deliveries arrive within 5–10 business days. Delivery times can vary by item and destination, and you'll always get tracking so you can follow your order's progress.

Shipping Rates

Free shipping on all US orders over $49. Orders under $49 are charged a standard shipping rate calculated at checkout based on your items and delivery address.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International orders generally arrive within 1–4 weeks after processing, depending on destination and customs processing. Please note: any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.

Order Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order (or each package, if split) ships.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, arrives damaged, or tracking looks stuck, contact us with your order number and we'll help sort it out.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we ship to the address provided on the order. If you notice an error, contact us right away; we can usually make a correction before an order ships, but can't guarantee changes once it's on its way.
